MedMI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal and proprietary medical device data is collected, used, and disclosed by MedMI.
Crucial for Medical Device Manufacturers: We understand the sensitivity of your proprietary device specifications, intended uses, and risk controls. Your data is NEVER used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). Data sent to our AI providers is processed statelessly and immediately discarded after your Risk Management File is generated.
Project data is stored securely in our encrypted databases (Supabase). You retain full control over your data and can permanently delete projects from your workspace at any time. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest). Access to the MedMI infrastructure is strictly controlled and audited.
