MedMI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal and proprietary medical device data is collected, used, and disclosed by MedMI.
AI Data Policy: MedMI uses paid business API services. Provider data handling is governed by the applicable API terms and configured data controls. Customer content is not used by MedMI to train public models.
Project data is stored securely in our encrypted databases (Supabase). You retain full control over your data and can permanently delete projects from your workspace at any time. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest). Access to the MedMI infrastructure is strictly controlled and audited.
